COMMERCIAL CLIENT
PHOTOSHOOT GUIDELINES
updated May 5, 2020
Overview
First, we hope you’re well in these trying times. As we move forward, we want to use care and caution so that we can provide the safest solutions for our clients and ourselves. We want to be part of a greater solution with you. Most of these guidelines have been adapted from John Russo and Rose Cefalu’s detailed compilation of best practices from leading industry professionals in all sectors from around the world. Their full set of guidelines is located here: PHOTOSHOOT GUIDELINES and is well worth a full read. Their typical shoot is generally different in scope than ours which is why we’ve condensed the information to be as relevant as possible to our shoots. We will do our best to keep this site updated with the current regulations as new orders and updates are issued by the country, state and county.
General Guidelines
A maximum number of people allowed on set, 6 people per shoot. If more people need to be there, they will be in another room with an iPad.
Everyone must observe the social distancing standard of 6 feet.
Shoots will take place in our large studio space leaving as much distance as possible between people. And as much as possible, outdoor locations will be used.
All equipment will be wiped down before and after set with the sanitizing cleaning solution.
There will be no catering unless there are individual box meals or pre-packaged meals.
Any individual with fever, cough or sneeze will be asked to leave immediately.
Each shoot is unique so we need to apply our common sense to each situation.
Individual Responsibilities
Wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands.
No more handshakes, hugs or kissing as a greeting.
