MILLER VISUAL MEDIA MEMBER AND RENTAL GUIDELINES

updated May 5, 2020

Overview

First, we hope you’re well in these trying times. As we move forward, we want to use care and caution so that we can provide the safest solutions for our clients and ourselves. We want to be part of a greater solution with you. Most of these guidelines have been adapted from John Russo and Rose Cefalu’s detailed compilation of best practices from leading industry professionals in all sectors from around the world. Their full set of guidelines is located here: PHOTOSHOOT GUIDELINES and is well worth a full read. Their typical shoot is generally different in scope than ours which is why we’ve condensed the information to be as relevant as possible to our shoots. We will do our best to keep this site updated with the current regulations as new orders and updates are issued by the country, state and county.

General Guidelines

  • The shoot should have the fewest number of people possible.

  • Everyone must observe the social distancing standard of 6 feet.

  • All equipment should be wiped down before and after your shoot with with the sanitizing cleaning solution.

  • All surfaces should be wiped down before and after your shoot with the sanitizing cleaning solution.

  • Please properly dispose of any food or drink you bring on site. Ideally, keep your food and drink out of the studio and refrain from using the studio fridge or coffee maker. But if you absolutely need to use these things, please be sure to sanitize the areas after use.

  • Any individual with fever, cough or sneeze should be asked to leave.

  • Each shoot is unique so we need to apply our common sense to each situation.
