Building a Premium Visual Library for Luxury Alpine Brands

Luxury brands require more than beautiful photography. They need imagery that feels consistent across every customer touchpoint. My work with Capranea and DAHU focused on creating a cohesive collection of assets that supported ecommerce, brand marketing, and retail environments while maintaining the premium standards both brands are known for.

Over multiple projects, I photographed ecommerce collections, stylized campaign imagery, elevated product photography, and retail installations, helping translate exceptional products into compelling visual experiences.

Project 01:
E-Commerce

For Capranea's ecommerce imagery, the priority was consistency.

Every garment was photographed with precise lighting, accurate color reproduction, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure customers could confidently evaluate products online. Maintaining consistency across an entire product line was just as important as making individual pieces look exceptional.

01: Supporting Motion Content

While photography was the primary focus of these projects, I also created short-form product video designed to complement the still imagery. Using the same lighting, styling, and visual direction, the motion assets provided additional content for digital marketing, social media, and web use while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.

Project 02:
Brand Campaign

Beyond standard ecommerce assets, Capranea wanted imagery that elevated the collection while remaining flexible enough to support marketing throughout the winter season.

This project was developed in close partnership with Capranea's Creative Director. Together, we created a studio-based campaign that showcased the collection with a refined, premium aesthetic while maintaining consistency with the brand's visual identity.

An Art Director and Wardrobe Stylist were integral members of the creative team, helping shape every detail—from styling and composition to lighting and product presentation. Working collaboratively allowed us to produce imagery that balanced creative expression with the precision required for luxury apparel.

To extend the campaign across the entire winter selling season, we intentionally photographed the collection against three complementary backdrop tones. Rather than treating each release as a separate production, this approach created three distinct visual chapters that aligned with successive product launches while maintaining a cohesive brand language. The result was a versatile library of imagery that kept the campaign feeling fresh throughout the season without sacrificing consistency.

The final assets were used across digital marketing, advertising, ecommerce, and other brand communications, giving the marketing team flexibility to support multiple releases from a single production.

Project 03:
Elevated E-Commerce

DAHU's footwear combines technical alpine performance with luxury craftsmanship.

Rather than relying on traditional catalog photography alone, we developed elevated ecommerce imagery that preserved product accuracy while introducing depth, texture, and dimension. The resulting assets gave customers a clearer sense of material quality while maintaining the consistency required for online retail.

Project 04:
Retail

Photography extended beyond the products themselves to document the retail experience inside Capranea and DAHU's Vail Bridge Street locations.

These images highlighted how the brand was presented in-store, capturing merchandising, displays, and the premium shopping environment for use in marketing, brand communications, and internal documentation.
